MIX is an event that understands middle school students need their own experience.
MIX is a four-day summer event specifically designed for students in sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. It is intentionally crafted in ways that will engage middle school students through tactile, interactive and fun activities coupled with Bible-based teaching and small group interaction.
MIX is an event that understands middle school students need their own experience. This age group is at a unique time in their lives – they’re growing and learning different than any other age group. They’re still young enough to need to play, but old enough to start understanding some core ideals that will stay with them the rest of their lives. For this reason, MIX isn’t designed for high school students, or for preteens. It’s specifically designed for sixth, seventh and eighth grade students – it’s their chance to be exactly who they are: to play, listen and learn as themselves.
It’s also created for adult leaders to build relationships with students that will last long after the MIX experience. At MIX, your students will come to understand their identity in God’s Kingdom, and be challenged to embrace the Kingdom work He has prepared for them.
when & where
DEPARTURE - We'll meet at the Pickerington Campus (1449 Refugee Rd) on Sunday, June 23, at 3:00pm and travel by bus to Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH.
RETURN - We will return (by bus and exhausted) the the Pickerington Campus (1449 Refugee Rd) on Thursday, June 27, at 10:30am.
what we do
MIX is planned, organized, and executed by middle school experts. Counselors, teachers, social workers, mental health professionals, pastors, and parents work together to guarantee that MIX is perfect for 6-8th grade students. We will have dynamic worship services, engaging main sessions, impactful small group times, and crazy fun games!
The earlier you register your student, the less MIX will cost!
- Early Birds (February 11 - March 31) - $330
- FIRST PRICE INCREASE (April 1 - May 31) - $350
- FINAL PRICE INCREASE (June 1 or later) - $380
*You DO NOT need to pay in-full at registration. To save your student’s spot, a $50 deposit is required.

what to bring/packing list
- Twin bedding (a pillow and sheets/sleeping bag)
- Clothes for 5 days (specifically clothes that can get wet and/or dirty)
**Students should not bring anything of great value. Students can bring cell phones, but phone use will be limited and left to the discretion of the student's leader.
***Students can bring spending money to buy things from the camp store or vending machines, but they will never need any money to participate in camp activities.
