INTERESTED IN JOINING OUR FAMILY MINISTRIES TEAM?
At Grace, our goal is to help people live Jesus-centered lives, and that goal extends into both our children’s and student ministry areas. Our Family Ministries team offers age-appropriate opportunities for children and students from six weeks old through high school graduation. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work with children and students in their unique areas of understanding and development. By snuggling babies, changing diapers, leading small groups, and exploring the Bible and it’s lessons, our Family Ministry volunteers point children and students to Jesus.
NEXT CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

WHAT IS GRACEWORKS?
Graceworks teams help Grace Fellowship to work each and every week. While some of our teams are specific to the weekends, a good majority of them work throughout the week at each of our campuses and help care for the facilities, grounds, and local communities. Check out the various opportunities below, and consider how your gifts can help us care for our church community.
The Grounds Crew is responsible for keeping the outside of our buildings looking clean, attractive, and inviting! Seasonally, the team is responsible for mulching, pulling weeds, maintaining flower beds, and trimming trees. The team also maintains the exterior of our facilities by pressure washing, caring for the ponds, staining, and more.
The Building Crew insures our buildings are in working order by performing a variety of hands-on maintenance jobs at all of our campuses. Projects at each of our campuses include painting, electrical work, proactive repairs and maintenance, and more. This team also has an opportunity to provide home repairs and such for people living in our local communities.
Graceworks Events Prep is responsible for and owns all aspects of set-up and tear-down in preparation for weekend services across all of our campuses as well as other mid-week and weekend events.
WEEKEND SERVICE SUPPORT
This team is responsible for not only preparing the weekend’s communion but also distributing and collecting both offering baskets and communion holders during our weekend services.
CLEAN UP CREW
This team is responsible for refreshing our spaces between services each weekend in addition to mid-week campus cleaning.
The Safety Services team handles all aspects of safety and medical care during our weekend services and other Grace Fellowship events.
*Application and background check are required.
GRACEWORKS MOW TEAM
This team cuts the grass at our campuses: Pickerington, Upper Arlington, The Chapel, and Jefferson Campus. This team mows during the day once or twice a week and is currently looking for mowers in Pickerington.
GRACEWORKS RELIEF TEAM
Graceworks Relief Team provides physical relief for the local community. Wheelchair ramps, yard clean up, and handyman services are provided for people who can not afford or are unable to do themselves. This team works along side the local fire departments to identify needs.
Help bring people together by connecting them to others, Grace Fellowship, and ultimately Jesus by planning and executing large-scale events.
IT’S IMPORTANT TO MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME!
Whether it’s your first time or thousandth time at Grace Fellowship, we want to make sure you feel welcome. The day-to-day of life can be challenging, exhausting, and unwelcoming, but when you walk through the doors of one of our campuses, we want to be sure you know that we are so glad you’re here!
Do you enjoy making others feel welcome? We’d love to have you join one of our guest services teams!
Help guests feel welcome by greeting them, holding doors, and passing out programs.
Helps to make coffee each week to welcome our guests.
