Meet Grace Fellowship's Elders...

Vance Steele, Lay Elder

Vance and his wife, Meghann, have been married since 2007 and have three children - Harrison and twin girls Lauren and Natalie. Vance currently works as a Retail Market Manager with Woodforest National Bank, where he oversees the Southeast Ohio region branch network. Since becoming a regular attender at Grace (Easter 2015), Vance served as Jefferson Local Impact Leader, and currently he serves as a Grace Group leader, is on the Jefferson Campus Leadership Team and Counting Team, in Grace Central, and as a Weekend Service Host. In his free time, Vance enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, watching movies, reading, and golfing. 

 

 


Dale Gallion, Executive Director of Operations

Dale has been a Christ follower for more than 31 years and has attended Grace since 2010. He has been on several mission trips to Africa and now serves on the Shelter of Hope board. In addition to his staff role at Grace, Dale serves on Safety Services, is a mentor, and formerly served as both a Grace Group and Focused Group leader. He and his wife Stacy have three children, and Dale enjoys hunting, fishing, running, traveling, and college sports.

 

 

 

 


Mike Martin, Lay Elder

Mike and his wife of 26 years, Laura, have five children - Andrew (who is married to Abby and considered one of Mike's kids), Matthew, Nathan, and Elizabeth. Mike has worked as a family doctor for 24 years and has been a Christ-follower for 28 years. Throughout his eight years at Grace Fellowship, Mike has served as a host in the NEXT Garage, Grace Group Leader, Focused Group Leader, and marriage mentor. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with Laura and their family, vacationing, running and weightlifting, reading, leading groups, and writing Bible studies. 

 

 

 

 


Jeremiah Olson, Pastor of Weekend Services

Jeremiah has been a believer for more than 28 years and has been at Grace Fellowship since 2015. In addition to being the former Licking Heights Campus Pastor, he has also served as a band/worship leader and Grace Group leader. He loves great music and great coffee. Jeremiah and his wife, Marcie, have four children and love discovering different ethnic foods.

 

 

 

 

 


Mark McCullough, Lay Elder

Mark has been a Christ-follower for more than 45 years and has attended Grace since 2012. He has led  men’s Focused Groups, served on the set-up and tear-down team as well as the first impressions team, and served on the board for Shelter of Hope USA. He has been to Kenya Shelter of Hope several times. Mark is the Executive VP for an electric utility company, is married to Kelly, and has four adult sons. Two of Mark’s favorite things are sports and family time. He participates in triathlons and has been skydiving.

 

 

 


Tim Farrant, Executive Pastor

Tim has been a believer for more than 33 years and has been at Grace Fellowship since 2014. Aside from being Grace’s Executive Pastor, he has led Grace Groups and Focused Groups. Tim is married to Beckie and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys football, hanging out with his family, and drinking good coffee.  A little known fact about Tim is that he has visited all 50 states.

 

 

 

 


Dan Renner, Lay Elder

Dan has been a believer for more than 26 years and has attended Grace Fellowship since 1996. He has been a Grace Group leader, 678 teacher and leader, and an usher at worship services. Dan retired from CoverMyMeds, where he worked as the Director of Payer Solutions. In spare moments, he enjoys cooking, hiking, coffee, Apple technology, and all things bacon. He is married to Debi, and they have two adult children. Dan loves all things hot and spicy - he has no fewer than eight hot sauces in his cupboard at any given time. He says that if he is cut, he would bleed Sriracha!
 

 

 


Keith Minier, Lead Pastor

Keith has served as the Lead Pastor at Grace Fellowship since 2004 and been a believer for more than 20 years. Aside from being the primary teaching pastor at Grace, he leads the staff and various other teams. Keith and Kelly are the parents to four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, watching sports, water-skiing, and fishing at his parent’s lake house.

 

 

 

 


Mark Hughes, Lay Elder

Mark has attended Grace since 2005 and has been a believer for more than 15 years. During his time at Grace, he has served as the Campus Coordinator at the Upper Arlington Campus, a Grace Group leader, and been the First Impressions coordinator. Mark works as a financial planner and enjoys fishing, motorcycles, and running (he has completed 10 marathons). Mark is married to Carla, and they have two adult daughters.
 

 

 

 

 


 

Brian Minier, Lay Elder

Brian has been a believer for more than 25 years and has been at Grace since 2009. While at Grace, he has served on the tech team and as a NEXT leader, 678 leader, and Grace Group leader. Brian works as a financial advisor, is married to Jamie, and has two children. He enjoys water-skiing, boating, family bike rides, and all Cleveland sports; he also has a ridiculous memory for movie quotes. An interesting fact about Brian is that he has never had a cup of coffee.
 

 

 

 


 

Bob Widlicka, Lay Elder

Bob has been at Grace Fellowship since 1999 and has been a Christ follower for more than 47 years. He has served as a Grace Group leader, and has been a member of the Prayer Team, Safety Services, and the set-up and tear-down team. He is married to Robin, and they have two adult children. Bob works as an engineer, but in his spare time he enjoys travel, history, Cleveland sports, and wood working. Bob can proudly say he has visited all 50 states.
