Volunteers - Christmas In The Village (Lithopolis Campus)

Each year, the City of Canal Winchester hosts "Christmas in the Village" on the first Friday and Saturday of December. Attendance at this event each evening is around 1,000 people! The Lithopolis Campus will be participating again by providing a craft for kids and serving hot chocolate for those in attendance. Don't miss out on this opportunity to serve and interact with our community! There are four ways to serve: 

1. Help Facilitate the Craft - The craft station will be located inside Town Hall. Experience with crafts is not necessary; all supplies and easy directions will be provided for volunteers.
2. Serve Hot Chocolate - Make or serve hot chocolate at various stations outside. Volunteers making hot chocolate will deliver it to the hot chocolate serving station (heavy lifting required). 
3. Greeter - Greeters will be stationed outside, welcoming people as they enter the craft station doors. Greeters inside will pass out glow necklaces and invite cards.
4. Provide Marshmallows - Sign up to provide a bag of mini marshmallows for the hot chocolate station. These can be dropped off in Volunteer Central during weekend services by November 30. 

*A map and details about parking will be sent to volunteers the week of the event. Please plan to arrive early prior to the start of your shift to allow time to walk from where you park to your volunteer station. **Plan to wear your blue grace impact shirt if you are working at the craft station.
