Parenting In a Stressful World (The Chapel)

we want to help

Parenting middle and high school students in today’s world can feel overwhelming. From academic pressure and social media to anxiety, identity, and emotional stress, many families are navigating challenges that can feel difficult to understand and manage alone. This seminar offers a Christ-centered space for parents of 6th–12th grade students to come together, learn, and be encouraged.

Led by a professional clinical counselor with experience working with adolescents and families, this conversation will explore common mental health challenges facing today’s youth, how stress may present in thoughts, emotions, and behavior, and practical, grace-filled ways parents can support their children while also caring for their own emotional and spiritual well-being. Rooted in faith, wisdom, and compassion, this seminar seeks to remind parents that God is present in the midst of the stress—and that families are not meant to walk this journey alone.
