WANT TO JOIN THE WEEKEND SERVICES TEAM?
The Weekend Services team is responsible for…well, the weekend service. Each weekend, a team of nearly 100 volunteers with varying skill-sets run sound and cameras, participate in the band, and so much more.

INTERESTED IN JOINING OUR FAMILY MINISTRIES TEAM?
At Grace, our goal is to help people live Jesus-centered lives, and that goal extends into both our children’s and student ministry areas. Our Family Ministries team offers age-appropriate opportunities for children and students from six weeks old through high school graduation. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work with children and students in their unique areas of understanding and development. By snuggling babies, changing diapers, leading small groups, and exploring the Bible and it’s lessons, our Family Ministry volunteers point children and students to Jesus.
GRACE KIDS
Infants through 5th grade
Build relationships with kids during a weekend service by rocking a baby, leading a small group, or greeting new families. You can also help throughout the week by preparing our environments and supplies for the weekend and much more!

Students 6th-8th grade
Reach, teach, coach, and develop 6-8th grade students through weekend services and Sunday evening small groups.

HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRY (HSM)
Students 9th-12th grade
Reach and influence high school students as they develop a life centered around Jesus. Volunteers lead weekly groups, stay in touch with students throughout the week, recruit new students, and travel to summer and winter conferences.

WHAT IS OPERATIONS?
The Operations Teams help support other Grace Fellowship ministries each and every week. While some of our teams are specific to the weekends, many others work throughout the week to help with various projects and tasks. Check out opportunities below and consider how your gifts can help support Grace.
CHAIR TEAM
The Chair Team is responsible for helping set-up and tear-down of chairs in the Main. The typical schedule is: set-up on Wednesday evening (approx. 60 minutes) and tear-down after last service ends on Sunday (approx. 40 minutes). Occasionally, there are special events that might request this team’s assistance with a different day/time.
CLEANING TEAM
This team is responsible for refreshing our spaces between services each weekend in addition to mid-week campus cleaning.
SAFETY SERVICES
The Safety Services team handles all aspects of safety and medical care during our weekend services and other Grace Fellowship events.

COUNT TEAM
The Count Team works closely with our Finance Team to count all giving collected during our weekend services.

The day-to-day of life can be challenging, exhausting, and unwelcoming, but when you walk through the doors of one of our campuses, we want to be sure you know that we are so glad you’re here!
Do you enjoy making others feel welcome? We’d love to have you join one of our guest services teams!
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Help guests feel welcome by greeting them, holding doors, and passing out programs.
CAFE
Channel your inner barista by making specialty coffee drinks, serving snacks, and running the front counter.
PARKING
Be the first face our guests see by welcoming them in the parking lot and directing them to their parking spot.
SEATING TEAM
Help guests find available seats!
HELP US CARE FOR OUR CHURCH & LOCAL COMMUNITY
Caring for those in need, whether in or outside of our local church, is important to Grace Fellowship, and we want people to know that they’re important to us. Check out our various serving opportunities below and use your gifts to care for others.
PRAYER TEAM
As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to serve in one or more of the following ways: pray with people after weekend services, make weekly care calls to pray with others over the phone, and/or provide hospital and home visitation as needed.

FOOD MINISTRY
Provide Meals for Grace Fellowship events and those in need. Some volunteer opportunities involve helping to serve in-person, while others only require drop-off.
GRACE BY MAIL
Send encouraging cards to people in our church. We provide all of the supplies and postage for you to serve from home.
NEIGHBOR CARE
Volunteers will perform minor home repairs and lawn/yard work, install wheelchair ramps, assist with moving, and more.
JOIN THE VIDEO TEAM!
Utilize your creative eye and passion for videography to capture the essence of Grace Fellowship during weekend services, community-based events, and much more!

BECOME AN ACTOR AT GRACE
We’re looking for individuals of all ages who have a passion for the local church, and have some experience in either acting, theater, performance, or narration.
Those on the acting team do things like:
- appear in series trailers and bumpers
- provide voiceovers
- volunteer as extras and supporting or lead roles
The Application Process:
- To apply to be on Grace’s acting roster, complete the form and submit a preliminary audition video (audition content can be found on the form).
- Once your form and audition video have been received, a member of our team will reach out to you with next steps.
Work with the campus ministry team to “surprise and delight” service attendees after the service. Get more details or sign up!
