Communications Creative Admin

 The Creative Administrative Assistant is a detail-oriented person who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution. This role supports day-to-day administrative functions while also assisting with the creation and editing of visual content. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, is comfortable working within templates, and can efficiently bring ideas to life using tools like Canva. 

This position is part-time, 20-28 hours weekly (in-office)

GraceKIDS Coordinator, Lithopolis Campus

GraceKIDS Coordinator, Lithopolis Campus

The GraceKIDS Coordinator is responsible for creating an environment for children birth - 5th grades at the Lithopolis Campus and building relationships that point kids to Jesus through a partnership with parents.

This position has the option to be part-time (two positions) or full-time (one position):
  • If Part-Time (2 positions) each role is 20-25 hours weekly + weekend responsibilities 
  • If Full-Time (1 position) 40-45 hours weekly + weekend responsibilities

For those who are pursuing a call to serve vocationally through a local church, Grace Fellowship has designed a two-year ministry resident program to assist in, clarify, and affirm that calling. The program’s aim is to equip and invest in men and women living Jesus-centered lives who have a deep conviction to serve His Kingdom, and to help them find their best fit in vocational ministry.
